Navitus Provider Manual
Vaya Partners contracts with Navitus Health Solutions (Navitus) as our pharmacy benefit manager. Navitus’ Pharmacy Provider Manual is located on the Navitus website. The manual helps pharmacies to process claims correctly and provides guidance on how to obtain authorizations, request pricing research, respond to audits, etc.
